HDFC Home loan is arrogant and non transperant

Got additional charges of Rs 6000 as stamp stuty in sanction letter. I was told only 11000 processing fee and no hidden charges. Scheme was lauched for Company employee as 5000 Rs return on processing fee. I am shocked and find HDFC bank heighly untrustworthy now. However I m prefered customer of bank. I have to think to change bank by seeing this kind of attitute. They should have told government charges well in advance (servie tax+Stamp duty).I got call from their grievnace center who was defending this. Loan disbursement is pathatic now with arrogance. Why some banks r not charging stamp duty ? Legal loophomes prmotes banks to make such offers. 9987638153
