I had visited you vodafone gallery on 21st June 2011. My requirement was for the SMS services of my MICRO VBB security systems installed in my car. I was recommended by your executive Mr. Nikhil to go with GPRS DATA PLAN of zero monthly rental, subsequently I was recommended to purchased 2 sim vide no 8879395105 vide bill no. CS/3869 & 8879395106 vide bill no. CS/3870 for my two cars using credit card only, Required documents were also sublitted to start my services.

Regarding Non working of brodband

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am user of MTNL brodband internet from dt 03.11.2010 .My telephone no is 022-27232318 and C / A no is 2070235843. Now my internet is disconnected or not working from last 15 days, Me & my wife is trying to complaint from disconnection date.We are now fade up this.I also contact your officer/technician named Mr. N Babu (Cell no 9869483245) , Mr Salwe (Cell No 9869845299) ,Mr Kale (Cell No 9273838350)repetitively , I also contact on no 1504, & also registered complaint on 198 but there is no use.Now you please tell me what can I do?

Disconnection of outgoing call

This is to state here that my Reliance Mobile Phone No 9311302244 authority is arbitrarily stoping outgoing call daily in the evening, in spite of the fact that nothing is due from me. And in the evening again the same is restored. This practice is going on for last about 10-15 days. Kindly advise the concerned Mobile Phone Authority to not to disconnect the same.

False Commitment from Call Center

Dear Sir,

We M/S Lavanya Enterprises has availed a BroadBand Connection from Bharti Airtel Ltd, bearing Land Line No 0755 - 4271672,
Initially we have availed a Monthly Plan of Rs 799/- Fixed Rental in which we were offered Fixed Rental and unlimited Net usage Free, In the month of March we have changed our Plan and get converted in Plan of Rs 499/- Monthly Rental which was Costiong much higher than the Previous Plan.
