| SSV Internet Services - Navi Mumbai | I'm using this local ssv connection in koparkhairane, though the speed is okay and the prices too are competitive but once the net goes down which is very often it's very hard to get it fixed by them. They have customer care which never picks up the phone, when they do they say they will send engg, but nobody turnup. | Broadband Speed - Inacceptable |
I have purchased TATA PHOTON PLUS postpaid connection recentely. I am getting a av. speed of 156 KBPS. When I raised a issue(Tkt. No : 264851451 ) at customer care, I was informed that u lare using it outside coverage area. I live 8-10 KM away from city and it is not covered, that is strange and pathetic. Now, I have paid Rs. 1799 for the connection. As the service of 3 MBPS cann be given, I wnat to cancel my connection. Can u give the procedure and refund, which will be done. |
