Hi,
With respect for the pathetic service provided by TATA INDICOM
I have subscribed for
Infinity 2.5 Mbps PLUS 2 Mbps 1 Mbps 1 Month Rs 5,000
I am having a severe packet drop in my connection .
Worst ISP I have ever seen.

Broadband Speed - Inacceptable

I have purchased TATA PHOTON PLUS postpaid connection recentely. I am getting a av. speed of 156 KBPS. When I raised a issue(Tkt. No : 264851451 ) at customer care, I was informed that u lare using it outside coverage area.
